  Staff not helpful, none of the staff smile or behave like they care about customers. Things were out of stock staff did offer alternatives or look up other stores when things are not in stock. Wanted to print a document, the colour printer not working, no one knows when it will be fixed (this could be a one-of though), but the staff is the worst I have ever seen, just don’t enjoy going in there.

  Very poor service from Olivia. Her level of complacency towards wanting to help customers needs to be addressed. I have dealt with her on more than one occasion regarding trying to print some documents. Only after refusing to leave until I was actually helped this time did she bother to take the initiative to help. She deliberately lied to me and said the documents could not be printed because they were in the wrong format. This was incorrect.. I needed two seperate documents printed. She told me after printing the first one that the second one could not be printed for the same reason. Again, it felt like I had to negotiate with her to just get her to do her job. Very frustrating and very insulting to be honest. Her lack of self awareness and professionalism is troubling to say the least..

  I came to officework Northmead to get some photos printed. I queue in the line for service and I was told to use the self service printer of which I had never use it before. I was very disappointed from the lack of unhelpful service by the printing service staffs, both senior and the junior staffs, send me around from one staff to the other and at the end they told me best to do it online.
  I wasted 30mins of my time there.
  So, I went to Kmart and got my photos printed there, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staffs.

  Printing staff:
  Unfortunately this afternoon iwas very disappointed by how the Printing staff, the old lady talked to me front of other people. A very rude behaviour was not appropriate. The old Printing lady was telling personal stories with a , customer and my phone was turning off while in was sending my important documents to print. The mouse and keyboard of the computer was facing me and i thought that customers can check whether they emails are recived.
  I just touched the mouse to see quickly before my phone die.
  Front of everyone she yelled at me: what are you doinggggg, i am with the cutomet you shouldn't doo that.
  
  I felt so bad. I did not mean to distribute her story telling.Please be more poliet nd don't ingnore thr customer who is waiting.

  I was there this afternoon for printing my passport photo, the lady behind the printing counter had a really unacceptable behaviour, very aggressive, even when I thought she maybe tired and it's better to feel her comfortable and I say sorry, apologies and make her day didn't work, she kept cuntue her unappreciated behaviour, even made her voice louder, I felt so uncomfortable. So I stopped to say of anything else...
  You may need to help her, I think she is maybe under the stress there by herself and a lots of customer, otherwise you will lose your customer, better to check the rest of the review and take action of this matter.
