I was a member here for a few years over a couple of different brandings (they changed name or got bought out). they are a good price, and Cameron there (a PT) was AWESOME! (but im not rating him) the Gym does not include the pool below the gym (which is a shame) and when I had a car accident and put my account on hold temporary, they were fine with it. However, when i wanted to cancel my membership a sometime later as i was still recovering (i had a head-on car accident) they were impossible to deal with. They insisted that i visit them personally to cancel my membership, even though i could not drive and was not mobile (doctors orders). It got so bad in the end i explained that i had sent them multiple instructions in writing to cancel my membership, and if they continued to deduct my account, that i would get my solicitor involved. After which, they accepted my remote cancelation
